We have determined it is time to act as an agent for change.
- Bridge Resourcing Solutions will consider both the CCIEs’ career
strategy and the Gold Partner’s requirements, when decisions are
made by either for change. Bridge operates using a CCIE Agent™
who is very active in the Senior Cisco Network engineer community and
has earned the respect of one of Cisco’s most valued resources,
CCIEs.
- Through working with CCIEs directly over many years, CCIE Agent™
Emmanuel Conde (Eman) has both the understanding and the background
to ensure that CCIEs’ career growth and objectives are addressed.
When working with the Cisco Gold Partners Eman will build our knowledge
of those organizations and their strategies for growth. This information,
along with the main attractors for employment by each Gold Partner,
will then allow for a best match from the international pool of CCIEs
that Eman has developed.
- As an international CCIE Agent™ Eman has met with and will
continue to meet with many CCIEs - focusing, with his team of talent
scouts, on learning CCIEs’ career goals and plans. Bridge’s
team then tracks each of these through our extensive knowledge base,
maintaining contact with CCIEs, working with them on their career strategies
and then making Gold Partners aware of the best fit resources.
Bridge Resourcing Solutions does not stop at advocacy. We conduct regular
follow-up communications with the Gold Partners and the CCIEs to ensure
quality. We do this to ensure our process and quality standards meet the
